Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Suplio mobile application (the "App") operated by Suplio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
By creating an account or using any part of the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Suplio is a supplement scheduling and tracking application. The App helps you organize your dietary supplement intake by providing AI-generated timing recommendations, reminders, and usage history. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The App uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate supplement timing recommendations and ingredient analyses. You acknowledge that:
The App, including its design, code, content, and trademarks, is owned by Suplio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any data you input into the App (your supplement records, intake history, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to use that data solely to provide the App's features to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We may also push updates to the App to improve functionality or fix issues; continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of such updates.
The App integrates with third-party services including Supabase (data storage) and Anthropic (AI). Your use of the App is also subject to those services' terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Suplio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or health outcomes — arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If the changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal legal proceedings.
